Grip, I never , never make short term predictions. Just to say it will be up or down is 50 50.

More importantly, By now all know where CYDY closed. What some are missing is that it is trading in the after hour market and reports are on my brokers screen. I have never seen this before in after hours.

This is quite strange the drop to 4.75$.

This is a WW1 Artillery barrage. The troops are all in their trenches. The shorts are softening the front lines. At day break the Shorts and the Illegal Naked Shorts (never enforced by the not to be feared sissy boys at the SEC}; might attack.

Be prepared.

Sellers are fools. Buyers may be buying a 4.75$ piece of paper that is valued at multiples of the buy price.

Prepare your rifles.

Why attack now just prior to the expected FDA Trial news?

That easy. Make the market believe that the Shorts know. Scare fence sitters into tossing in their shares. They want to buy Your Shares.

I have done exactly this when I wanted to buy a huge block. Bring a stock down. The market thinks you know something. I did, I wanted to buy, that was what I knew. Market watchers panic. I bought through a second Market Maker that flipped the shares to me. Buy out occurred. I had a huge block. Tendered at a great price.

In other words what is obvious is sometimes a ruse. A fake, a bluff. This seller is a short and maybe a naked.

Think about this. More reasons not to trade. Think long term. Relax. Go fishing, hunting, camping. Whatever. Go long term a don't worry.
