Ok - 10 or less first. From my reading, the short squeeze fad is ending and what is left is disorganized. Many that bought into the INO short squeeze are underwater. Kim and Shea selling made many feel sold out and did not help the cause (pre-planned or not; perception turns into reality). Inovio will need to make it based on their science and I have some personal thoughts around that. I will leave you to determine the reason that Inovio has not applied for Fast Track Status for INO-4800 and seems to drag their feet... Let’s see what happens.
