Did you seriously think that with only 24 million shares this would have been left untouched? This was discussed many times here. OF COURSE the company will issue new shares... how do you think their employees would be incentivized?

A R/S just means your shares are x fewer and x much more in price. Any psychological issues you may have with that is just an artifact of your relationship with numbers.
