That's not what its filings say. Who should I trust....you or the Company?

This isn't a picnic and I don't think he has been engaged to entertain the staff. I gave an example of where he joined a company as Compliance Officer and that company's trading was suspended by the SEC for a compliance failure a month later. Can you give an example of how his advice has helped a Company he advised?
