It is true that Dan has not done well. However the biggest reason why we are dead in the water is because of the legal situation with Currah. He knows the company doesnt have the money for litigation (even if it could win). And nobody will finance us with the pending case. He wants control so he can use the company as his bank account or he is going to cripple it. So what do we do? Either way there is no benefit for shareholders unless we do as ES1 suggests and just trade it and forget about mining.
I suppose its possible that there is another option but I doubt it will benefit shareholders either.
