Conversion is WET dream of Jr Pref.
Trump Mnoch know that if they do that, many ppl will blame them bc they will be disadvantaging one type of share on top of others , and many will NOT buy Common share and privatization will go in doo doo shape. They know this for sure if we can understand this.
Thats why they just did lip service for shrholders but still relying on SCOTUS eventually to put law and execute.

Im good with utility which im hearing more what they are telling.. we will be closed or over 50/pps for sure with utility model applies to FnF.
IMO it also protect Enterprises in long run and provide stable income where many funds can rely on their fixed working model and steady div.
