For anyone that sold today... ask yourselves did the u.s hedgefund and the Tokyo hedgefund not do any research before agreeing to terms with the CEO of NSAV? Did the crypto company not know NSAV was sued and had to pay NOCH? If Noch is suing to uphold the promisary note... did they not know that it was agreed upon in November of 2020? True They haven't signed yet, but the information was there for EVERYONE to see since November yet They still went forward and want to clear up minor details per the cc yesterday. The damage has been done though so let's see what NASAV'S legal team has to say.
