I read that Colorado State Secretary filing 02/04/2021 and noticed the notes on right side of the filing. (trade names change due to Failure to file periodic reports) It would be great to see actual News from UBQU i.e. who is now the CEO and any Officers. Hopefully they will attempt again to change stock symbol to represent their only business CBD products. Update their financial filings and sales figures before it's too late. This is what's needed now.
