Its an open invitation for Shorts to short the stock without worrying about data being released today or tomorrow. Its a Green light to them.

With the SSR expiring today and over 700K shares available to short, tomorrow will be ripe for the shorts. NO SSR, tons of shares, a down trend in the stock, chart lookls like a 3 Crow pattern...

I dont think its a good idea to announce he doesnt have data. How does it help us? Shouldnt he be mum on it to limit shorting and to keep them guessing?

I think this was a misstep, a rare misstep.

In the end, data is all that matters. Today's stock price wont have any effect on data.
