Just so everyone is on the same page about the SEC getting involved. This is not your typical situation. Any SEC complaints filed before September 30th, 2020, most likely fell on deaf ears.

Why? Because there were only a few people filing complaints and so these complaints went unnoticed and did not trigger their radar.

Starting on September 30th, 2020, the SEC began to receive hundreds of complaints. Starting with the first one which composed of 432 investors which consisted of the 122 page 29 chapter book which explained everything to them.

This is when things start to get interesting. Ever since then each month the complaints continued to pile in month after month until today. This gives me reason to believe that we have now triggered their radar and they have already began investigating. It is very possible that they have already completed at least half of their investigation. I believe that this investigation will be completed quicker than any others. Other investigations have been known to take multiple years but with this being hand delivered to them on a platter, there was not much investigating needed.

So if there is anyone reading this forum who thinks that the SEC will not get involved don't give up hope just yet. Our original complaint was just filed just 4 months ago. Their radar was probably just recently triggered perhaps 2 months ago. So if they have already opened an investigation, the investigation has been going on for only approximately 2 months. So get ready for the announcement because it should be coming sooner than anyone expects.
