Yes, it is a requirement for uplisting, and last I looked we had two out of three independent directors required. I'm sure someone can correct me if I have this wrong.

The 8K that updates having an independent Board of Directors will be a signal in itself.

Otherwise, Leo has learned his lesson... mums the word until it isn't.

It's a requirement for an up-listing. That's what stalled the attempt way back when...
