You really think a Board would have done a damn thing for IPIX over the last year or two? Like all boards, they would be sitting on their ass not wanting to make a decision for fear of making a mistake and drawing nice fat checks for doing jack squat. I don't want posers making decisions on the path IPIX will take, I prefer the guy that has the most to lose to be running the show.

IPIX needed a person in charge to do what he thought best in a time frame he thought necessary and they got that in Leo.

Save the board for when we have some money and success and time if we need them at all.
