Not saying it isn’t a possibility
It is all set up for one with little/no outstanding debt and the share structure is configured with a control block for the new company

But,
There has been word circulating that there is a big deal potentially coming down the pike with a healthcare consortium (Hestia)

We are all waiting on the CEO to release info now that JG is gone and out of the way.
