I dipped my toes in this recently. Good info is not available. The prospectus is even labeled as "assembled without underwriters."

Mainly working through Caliva and Left Coast. With the voice of Jay-Z and "ROC NATION" pushing the Monogram label as the new top brand.

This is just about as shady as it comes. They have changed names and structures multiple times. and the layers of this transaction are mindboggling. I have it as a Roth long hold.

Could be a challenger to Canopy in the US if they pull everything together. California is a force man.
