It's impossible. That's why it's a stupid question.
But there is EVIDENCE that it doesn't exist and it was implied by the post.

If a share is delivered in a short sale then it is not a naked short sale.
Fails-to-deliver data is reported regularly. As of the last date reported IPIX had 2,983 shares that hadn't been delivered.
Is that the issue? 2,983 shares? If so, YOU WIN!
