Good point. He can say just about anything in a phone call, but what he puts in writing might come back to haunt him. He's probably aware of the records he left behind the last time--the ones Mr. Ed keeps referring to.

By the way, regarding the recently built gated community near Rosswood, the lots were developed and sold, and people built their own houses on them. From what I could tell by looking around, it sold out fast. There were "sold" signs on pretty much all the lots by the time a couple of houses were built.

The way things are looking, I'd about as soon we didn't buy anything else until we sell some of the property we've got.
