I sent an email to the company. I told them to file form 211 to remove the caveat emptor label attached to the stock symbol... I have no idea if the management team at swnm is competent or not. I know my 5th grade son would know how to fill out the form 211. So in the mean time. The caveat emptor label remains. Meaning ameritrade and trade will not allow opening positions in swnm. Only closing positions... I have no clue and no idea how incompetent people get to be in charge of running a company... totally baffling
