Tax issues play into it yes, but over-trading causes more failures than anything in this industry. I have held STHC through two spikes in price and they are nothing but short term blips on the screen..

I will take the tax hit, that is just a part of the cost of doing business.. the real wealth building techniques involve selling at multiples of the cost price.. ya know buy 100,000 shares at .03 and do nothing for two years, how hard is that?
