Medicaid no longer covers generic Adderall as of Jan 1. That is a very strong headwind.

“Rademacher says Medicaid coverage for Adderall changed, effective January first, covering only name brand Adderall, not the generic version many patients have been taking.”

Manufacturer offers rebate for branded Adderall that makes it cheaper than generic Adderall.
