That is what makes this one very interesting - 90-95% of time from what occurred this type of move would not happen - at least for months to shake out then re-attempt.

However so much money has been made and is flowing through 000/00 right now that anomaly moves are happening with increasing frequency - it is like the OTC is speeding up ie Peter Diamandis/Kotler "The Future is Faster than you think."
