This appears to be a Re/IPO..Triton Funds will be Underwriters for selling their shares,will gather commissions/fees for this process...They can implement private sales which will also generate commissions...This indicates a much higher S/P....Why do it in the first/place?...Higher S/P is on horizon....ATDS/Buying edges..Again, radio silence in calling Triton Funds..
