OK axiom:

Key Descriptions:

"COST-EFFECTIVE" ... compared to what?

"BLOODLESS" ... Ok lets give them that the self evident

"REVOLUTIONARY" ... Hmm well it was announced as being ready a year ago by Calypte what took them a year to "get it to market"?

"LESS EXPENSIVE THAN A REGULAR HIV TEST" ... this one is hard to believe as there are many rapid HIV tests available for less than a dollar through WHO's approved bulk ordering program. Wholesale cost of Calypte's test is about $ 2.50 with retail at $ 34. Who did the math here? Jethro Bodine? Or is the graft and corruption so bad in UAE that the markup for the less than a dollar rapid blood HIV tests are marked up to more than $ 34.00 retail.

"This is an OTC test version, it can be brought home to use. It is not be sold on the counter though."

Uh OTC means Over The Counter that means it can be sold without a prescription. This is not the case although it was touted to be true almost a year ago by Calypte.

so lets go with

BLOODLESS as being true....
