One of the biggest things I'm noticing about OTCs right now is that the runs are happening on stocks were the SS is huge. Notice how slow Lazar's shells with decent SS are moving. However with custodial plays if you stick around till the last minute espescially on Lazar stocks you end up with an RS and with no news or delayed news the stock just plummets.
