REE’s: U.S./China/E.U.//DoD: RITE time, RITE stock, RITE Rare Earth Element stock, DD:

.....an easy buy and hold for pennies, cause it aint me saying all the below, its our own Government and all the other powers that be around the world too, literally clamoring for REE’s: Rare Earth Elements......Making RITE a Clear buy.

...upon any simple Google search about rare earths.....you soon find that RITE becomes a compelling penny stock to buy...as Rare Earth’s are ‘Critical’ minerals to U.S. Government and EVERY major government around the world.......and there are not many stocks out there on Dow, Naz and especially OTC that are soley into Rare Earth Elements; i think we all found something special here with RITE for 2021::

...so at this subpenny price and CEO saying via that email he is coming out with filings and news about stockpiles of rare earths in America, which is so rare, in Utah and Nevada.....is a big and even national security important deal. And no hype needed as below are the literal words, Bills and Executive Orders from our own Government the last 2 years about Rate Earth Elements or REE’s....(and anyone reading this : you like me found a subpenny stock into REE’s...very excitimg here!):::

DOD Announces Rare Earth Element Awards to Strengthen Domestic Industrial Base
NOV. 17, 2020

As part of the U.S. government’s strategy to ensure secure and reliable supplies of critical minerals under Executive Order 13817, today the Department of Defense is announcing contracts and agreements with several rare earth element producers which will strengthen the domestic rare earths supply chain. Three of the awards were made under the authorities of Title III of the Defense Production Act (DPA).”

Ok so there is our very own Department of Defense saying last Fall, that they are awarding 3 American companies who are getting into REE’s.....its that important for them to even PR it....yes, RITE has now my full attention as a stock guy!...

-and......now here we have Senator Ted Cruz has a Bill called the ‘Onshoring Rare Earths Act of 2020 or ORE Act’ ....lets hope it gets passed i dont see why not:

Sen. Cruz Introduces Legislation to Reduce Dangerous U.S. Dependence on China for Critical Minerals
ENCOURAGE DOMESTIC PRODUCTION OF RARE EARTH AND OTHER CRITICAL ELEMENTS U.S. RELIES ON FOR MILITARY EQUIPMENT, HIGH TECH
May 12, 2020

202-228-7561

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, today introduced the Onshoring Rare Earths Act of 2020 or ORE Act, legislation to end U.S. dependence on China for rare earth elements and other critical minerals used to manufacture our defense technologies and high tech products by establishing a supply chain for these minerals in the U.S., including by requiring the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) to source these minerals domestically.

Upon introducing the legislation, Sen. Cruz said:

"Our ability as a nation to manufacture defense technologies and support our military is dangerously dependent on our ability to access rare earth elements and critical minerals mined, refined, and manufactured almost exclusively in China. Much like the Chinese Communist Party has threatened to cut off the U.S. from life-saving medicines made in China, the Chinese Communist Party could also cut off our access to these materials, significantly threatening U.S. national security. The ORE Act will help ensure China never has that opportunity by establishing a rare earth elements and critical minerals supply chain in the U.S."

..and yes, lets now go the House of Representatives....where another Bill has been made: ‘Reclaiming American Rare Earths (RARE) Act’. Also below that...look at Europe....they are 98% reliant on China REE’s....! .....making guys for me at least, RITE the perfect penny mining or REE stock i can find by a million miles as thats all they said they have: stockpiles of rare earths in Utah and Nevada!:

Texas Congressmen introduce bill aimed at curbing U.S. dependence on China for rare earths
Congressmen Lance Gooden (R-TX) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) recently introduced the House’s version of a bill that seeks to decrease the U.S.’s dependence on China for rare earths.

The bill, dubbed the Reclaiming American Rare Earths (RARE) Act, aims to establish tax incentives for domestic production of rare earths.

The United States is more dependent than ever on the importation of the resources that drive our economy, enable us to build advanced technology, and ensure our national security,” Gooden’s office said in a release. “Thirty-five of these rare earth minerals are designated by the Department of Interior as ‘critical’, and we source fourteen of them entirely from foreign suppliers. China is a leading supplier for twenty-two of the thirty-five. The RARE Act is specifically designed to change that.”

Earlier this year, Sen. Ted Cruz introduced similar legislation, dubbed the Onshoring Rare Earths Act of 2020, or ORE Act.

In late July, Australian rare earths firm Lynas Corporation announced it had signed a contract with the U.S. Department of Defense for Phase 1 work on a heavy rare earths separation facility in the U.S.

Like U.S. RARE Act, Europe presents critical minerals action plan
In a similar vein, the European Commission also recently announced its own action plan related to its raw materials supply security.

The plan also includes an updated list of those materials deemed critical.
The 2020 list includes heavy and light rare earths elements, in addition to raw materials like coking coal. New materials added to the 2020 list that were not on the 2017 list were titanium, lithium, bauxite and strontium.
The list contains 30 materials, up from the 11 materials included on the 2011 list.

The supply of many critical raw materials is highly concentrated,” the European Commission said in a release. “For example, China provides 98 % of the EU’s supply of rare earth elements (REE), Turkey provides 98% of the EU’s supply of borate, and South Africa provides 71% of the EU’s needs for platinum and an even higher share of the platinum group metals iridium, rhodium, and ruthenium. The EU relies on single EU companies for its supply of hafnium and strontium.”

...then last administration my boy President Trump did this Executive Order in 2019 about rare earth’s:

President Moves to Secure
Domestic Production and Processing of Rare Earth Elements
Tuesday, September 24, 2019

Flying under the radar in past years, the recovery of Rare Earth Elements (“REE”) and the importance of REE to manufacturing in the United States are now recognized as crucial issues implicating national security.

REEs - used in the production of everything from appliances to cars to computers to national defense applications - have been important to the United States’ economy and national security for many years.  Nevertheless, the United States has continued ceding production and mining of REEs to China.

China is widely reported to hold most of the world’s capacity for rare earth mining and production with recent estimates at near 80% of world supplies.

On July 22, 2019, President Trump made official determinations under Section 303(a)(5) of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, 50 U.S.C. 4533, regarding the shortfall of capabilities within the defense industrial base to produce multiple categories of REE.  These Presidential Determinations state that “the domestic production capability for” the following are “essential to the national defense:”

* Rare Earth Metals and Alloys
* Heavy Rare Earth Elements (separation and processing)
* Light Rare Earth Elements (separation and processing)
* Samarium Cobalt Rare Earth Permanent Magnets
* Neodymium Iron Boron Rare Earth Sintered Material and Permanent Magnets

..and finally, here is a DD report with charts and pics about the current state of rare earths.....again highlighting China’s alarming dominance in it.......just meaning to all us here at RITE,.......ANY stock, especially one that is still subpenny, should be on radar as serious potential buy, as there btw is only ONE rare earth mine in the United States currently...(!!!).....
