Stock rocket, thanks for this great encouraging read! Just yesterday tried to add to my rbii position at eTrade and they informed me they could not fill my buy order as rbii is on some kind of internal list called caveat emptor securities, which Securities they will not fill buy orders on but the broker said they would fill sell orders. Did you hear about such a list with any other brokers?
