THall just a quick question, the same way Lazar "appeared shares out thin air" those "same shares" can be eliminated. I think he just added them to "expedite the process" and informed Wei Tian about the plan. I know a R/S will fix the "high float" while screwing the share holders. The shares were created to address a "debt" that is not "really there", now you have a "positive" number with the new shares and lack of debt. I think the logical conclusion to me is that if you added shares to cover a non existent debt you need to remove those extra shares somehow. Even if you do a reverse split "those shares" still exist and the math would not add up because there is no "real" money behind those shares. Please school me on this my friend.
