Why would these worthless shares go higher? Only worth $5 - $10 at most. The only reason for the recent run was pure fraudulent manipulation and games.

I kind of think in most of these type bubbles the buyers know they are playing for the "greater fool", and when that fails they run fast.

This story might have created a fair number of "true believers" who think the stock is actually worth this much. Or that some mystical squeeze will force higher buying. And so buy in at this price.

Of course the simple answer that some who had short plays in the 300-400 range are exiting is likely a more reasonable explanation.
