This is what I found on Rockelle Corp:

Address for the company is 162 Miller Place Road, Miller Place, New York 11764

Also Triple J inc and Original Bucket Dolly LLC are registered to the same address. Both are registered to Gerard A Stephan. Triple Js last filing was in 2003 and Bucket Dolly LLC's last filing was in 2011. Both are still listed as active. Was unable to find out any information about either of them in terms of what they actually do. Rockelle Corp is listed as "Inactive - Dissolution By Proclamation / Annulment"

Our best bet is to hope they move revenue into Rockelle from the other two companies or sell the ticker symbol to someone who would buy it like David Lazar who specializes in SPAC/Custodianship plays and buys shells similar to this one. With this super low OS Lazar or someone like him would pay well but they do have a bit of debt so not sure how that would effect it. I listed the phone numbers below to the current residents of 162 Miller Place and the companies profiles. Don't spam Gerard but we as shareholders deserve answers.
