They are not going to announce either the bank or the crypto company name on a conference call. That would be illegal. FIRST, an 8K, and THAT will announce the 'material event'. Without that, they won't announce a material event.
Besides, they SAID they were going to update us on the PROGRESS of the negotiation, not the final agreement.
