"I'm a long term shareholder and I won't waste much of your time. I've noticed that IGEN has lost their QB status and just wondering why it wasn't renewed?"

Here's his response:

Hello ###, I appreciate you reaching out to me. The change on our QB status is temporary until we can sustain a bid price of $.01 for 30 consecutive days per OTC guidelines. We remain a fully reporting company on both the OTC Markets and CSE Exchange in Canada.
