I literally just got off the phone with the CEO because I was wondering what many here are wondering - why not release news into all this volume?
His response, almost verbatim (to the best of my memory) was "We will never do that. This company will never play with the market conditions in a way that does not reflect what is actually going on at the time. We have a schedule of press releases set and that schedule is strictly dictated by progress and timing with corporate operations. Pumping or manipulating a stock is something I have no interest in as it would jeopardize all that we have had to fight through to better position the company, would ruin the companys future and hurt the more than 2600 shareholders we have".
He also quite sharply told me that the company will not put out news just because day traders want to flip a stock for a quick buck. We might be a pink sheet company but we will not be for long and will not act like one out of convenience or for short sighted profit.
He said that "this is very simple, a company is a firm that makes something and sells it at a profit. Anyway you do that, the stock price will follow good or bad. if you build a company to generate revenues with acceptable margins and extend growth continually with consistency, you will build success for the company and its shareholders".
Aside from this guy giving great quotes, he was pretty irritated that I even asked the question. This was the first and only time he has ever spoke in that tone. He also said he has no idea why the ticker has been doing what it is doing but he would not interfere with the market in anyway regardless of what direction the pps goes.
I asked if he was happy with the share price and he said he is always happy when shareholders see a return on their investment and their patience of which he is very grateful for.
I asked if news would be coming out this week and he said it will be out very soon. I asked about clean energy tech and he would only say that updates on that division and market segment where scheduled but would not say when. He just said soon.
OK the takeaway... he said that the company would NOT be a Pink sheet for long!!!! They definitely are doing something and I really believe its happening soon. He also said clean energy update would be coming soon which explains why so many were freaking out about the company's green technology. They obviously know something, Maybe they heard something from a subcontractor or vendor that the company is working with on a product they are releasing?
