Absolutely yes! The price of oil (and oil stocks) is rising, and the fact that the new administration is prohibiting any new leasing in federal lands and waters, is assurance that the trend will continue! Some of the most valuable mineral rights that UVSE owns are in partnership with Anadarko Petroleum, and now that Occindental Petroleum has purchased the shares of Anadarko, I would not be surprised if they (along with Raley) are purchasing shares of UVSE as well.
