According to Parkinson, Myflops is months away...

Specifically, per the November 7, 2019 blog, quoted repeatedly by friends:

The launch of Myflix can occur within 90-days following the first substantial funding from the Hannover House S-1 Shelf Registration. Based upon the filing precedent of the Form 10 Registration, and the reasonable time-frame of thirty days for funding of the initial S-1 offering, it is viable to look for a MyFlix consumer launch into North America in April, 2020.

So simple math - even "if" there was a S-1 filed today - puts any potential Myflops launch well into the Summer of 2021.
