You will get in on the bottom once a CE ticker posts no longer CE with a 8K possibly. And when you go there will be less risk so potentially greater momentum plays. In other words there will be less potential "fake" custos that fizzle out as a result and as such less retail money getting burned.

This is actually bad news for Fred Bauman and his crew --- notorious front loaders of POS tickers they never intend to clean up. Arcaro was notorious for this.
