Quick question per this Bloomberg article Nigeria's production has been falling from "force mejure" and a multitude of issues unrelated to the safe and steady production at the egina FPSO. If the overall decline means there is room in the established quota will our block no longer be subject? Be nice to no longer be the safest most steady source that gets a premium for its grade.

Nigeria -- West Africa’s biggest oil producer - has seen its shipments curtailed in recent months by infrastructure issues affecting several of its biggest crude streams. The nation’s loadings fell to 1.37 million barrels a day in January, the lowest for four years, according to separate data based on loading schedules compiled by Bloomberg.
