I think you are correct

Optics are everything and for now have to make NMP look at least a little in control

I feel they must wait for some type of an excuse to point to IMHO

Either a man made situation thats can be spun as uncontrollable OR better yet can blame Trump which only could be in short term so that gives hope to next couple months

OR

Mother Nature type thing that’s unpredictable such as calf earthquakes , solar flares /emp, volcano eruption Standard scenario at any time
