No idea. No one can predict that, lol, but today is not the end game. CBPI is a position play for 2021 with many material events coming up. Today simply reduces any risk and giving Custodian Ventures (David Lazar) control.

The biggest material events are coming up later after the appointment I want to make that very clear. Like the status check and when we get the certificate of designation (of preferred shares) those are big ones before reverse merger.

If the company has any convertible notes or debt you want to go through a proofs of claim to try and discharge that but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
