unfortunately I am unable to short this stock because I was told it was unmarginable and I don’t have my own clearing firm in the back corner of the basement where I trade, but will attempt until I can because:

the people that run company:
- have just effected a 1-16 reverse split after telling shareholders they weren’t going to do that
- claimed they had enough money then attempted to do a 60 million share offering, but for some reason couldn’t and then had to wait post-split to do the raise
-fired 36% of their employees, yet executive salaries and stock bonuses are gigantic

almost 19 million outstanding post-split bringing market cap to 122MM

the $28 price target was made by original would be underwriter of the s1 - so how much weight does that carry?

oh yeah this too:
the split adjusted high is $418.40 going back to 2015
feel sorry for all those trusting bag holders
but hey what’s a few bucks, it is just trading, right?
