In addition to oil at $55. There are lots of positive things happening for MKGP that might seem negative to oil in general. The halt of the Keystone XL pipeline and suspension of drilling on Federal lands in essence reduces a huge amount of cheap oil that would otherwise dilute the value of MKGP's business model. IMO
