Maxine misled the public and shareholders, in particular, regarding the SRMX relationship with ATT, and the legitimacy of SkiQ as a viable product.

Hindsight is always 20/20, but it was clear to a few this was bullshit all along.

On 1-17-18, SRMX announced the deal with ATT. Of course, ATT never said a word about it and ATT never mentioned POSRMX.

In March, 2018, SRMX was claiming SkiQ would be produced and would be on the market in June/July 2018. SRMX talked about SkiQ being sold in Best Buy and talked about meeting with them several times to discuss a rollout in Best Buy stores.

In June, 2018, SkiQ was announced as being too advanced to be produced and it was stated that the technology to run SkiQ was not even created yet.

So, how is it that in March, it was publicized SkiQ would be on the market in June/July, sold through Best Buy, when the technology didn't even exist to produce the product?

Everything between 1-17-18, and 6-28-18, proves this was a scam.

As of 1-29-20, we got the proof from Maxine, with him saying the SkiQ that shareholders have been told about since 1-17-18, is OBSOLETE.

We were duped on this and on many other things over the past 3 years.

Same thing happened with TMobile, when Maxine announced an ALLEGED 3 year agreement with them, in October 2019, and promised JOINT PR's and revenue. 16 months later, we have seen no JOINT PR's, Tmobile has never mentioned POSRMX or verified any agreement is in place with POSRMX, and POSRMX has not generated $1.00 in revenue from the ALLEGED agreement.
