With the number of people posting about 28m shares, 92m shares, 60m shares I find it highly unlikely that the float is 800m.

It might not be 8.2B but it has to be more than 800m. That isn't bashing. It's just math.

Just a guess on my part but I would suspect 2-2.5B or in that neighborhood.

I have my dividend shares and I don't have a ridiculous amount of them. I'm content to sit on them and won't shed tears if this goes to 0 again. I'd rather take a 0 then grab $5-10k now and watch others cash in later.
