Stupid question.

Why would you do two offerings and more dilutions(even if they were bought deals) if you were being bought out by Medtronic by the end of the year? Why raise money when you don't need because you are being bought out?

For those who constantly believe a buyout is coming with zero proof indicating this is fact, can you give some understanding?
