YOU CERTAINLY HAVEN'T PROVEN ANYTHING. ONLY THAT THEY INCREASED THE AUTHORIZED SHARES. THAT CERTAINLY DOESN'T PROVE "MEGATON DILUTION."

By the way, can anyone tell me why ANY company goes public? Oh yeah, to raise funds for growth (ie: dilution).

Is DSGT growing, THAT is the question any interested investor should be asking themselves.
