I'll just GUESS, and say, if they were going to stay in Pinky Land, maybe they wouldn't have cut it so much.
But if you're aim is higher, maybe the OS being 32,140 makes sense.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
