CDEL (infamous Citadel) seems to be the MM of the debtor, and yes the debt is not great terms, as you and others have pointed out (thank you for your incredible eye for detail, it is very much appreciated) and is there in black and white (filings) for us to see. What I think is happening, based on what I see on L2 day after day, week after week etc, is that CDEL is also naked shorting (notice how often they were buying/covering on the bid today after yesterdays run) which may or may not be the normal practice of OTC MM's (haha), and may or may not be legal, but what it does tell me, is that they know how many shares the debtor has in their storehouse and therefore will short unabashedly until those shares are drying up. Criminal, I don't know, but it should be IMO.
