That's your decision. I can only state what I know from my own personal experience. Always remember, there is always two sides of a coin. I hope you don't get shafted in the end, just as I was. Only took a small loss, but I don't have time to wait 7 years, like the other on here...LOL I prefer to always move forward and enjoy life, not have something holding me back...like a nagging wife...LOL
