Just watched the volume one year back - someone is buying small blocks. With a float of 4.2 million of which I think most is locked by people like us and most likely John, I think this one will go direction $1 again.

Besides weed, let's not forget crypto; EV... I would not rule out uranium as there will be a shortage the coming years ...
