Anyone know what the news might be driving the halt and/or why on Jan 29 as they announced filing delay that they also blocked CEO and CFO from trading shares?

Also any idea on when it will start trading? Only mixed messages on Twitter that I can find and that CEO Bal announcing the delay in filings is not the CEO listed on OTC.
