I guess I will explain this once again. In order for Lazar to bring the ticker back and current he raised the AS to 9 billion covering all dividend shares that were over issued. Once the AS was increased and stock was returned to trading those electronic markers became valid and those holding them could then convert them to common shares and sell them. Again this is all explained in the 10q. 8 billion shares traded in that first few weeks of trading
