I apologize for the inconvenience and certainly frustration. Market makers that TD Ameritrade routes to are not currently clearing trades for this symbol and have given no indication as to when they may begin clearing them again. This was not a decision made by TD Ameritrade to restrict HCMC.

There are often securities that halt trading or market makers at times not accepting orders for different instruments depending upon circumstances. At this time you can continue to watch for any news to be published about HCMC and monitor trades to see if market makers start to accept orders.
